RearViewSafety.com Provides Rear View Camera Safety to Touring Musicians Both Young and Old
Online backup camera system retailerRear View Safetyencourages all bands that are ready to embark on their first cross country tour of the year to increase safety with one of its products. The more that a vehicle hauls, the more paramount backup safety becomes, especially for drivers who do not operate larger vehicles as a daily part of their lives. All customers who update their vehicle’s safety precautions will make the road a better place for everyone.
“Eager young musicians are often ready to take their tunes on the road, showcasing their talents around the country on an adventure they will never forget—and rightfully so. They pack up all of their instruments and amplifiers in a van and drive thousands of miles from venue to venue, often sleeping in the car itself. While they are having the time of their lives, it is absolutely imperative that these musicians outfit theirvans with backup cameras, especially if they are travelling with so much gear that they require a trailer. Contact Rear View Safety before taking the journey of your lives this spring to make sure you are completely prepared for the trip,” said Eli Spalter, an account representative from the backup camera retailer.
The Rear View Camera System, model number RVS-770619P, is a one-camera setup developed internally within the company. The setup, which is a perfectly durable and affordable model for the traveling musician, costs a mere $249.99 and comes with a full year warranty through the manufacturer. The 130°CCD rear view camerahas a wired interface that connects to a full color 7-inch LCD digital monitor. The monitor attaches to a pre-existing rear view mirror and features mirror image capabilities. The camera provides 50 feet of night vision, so backup safety is available regardless of the time of day a band is driving. Enough cable is provided for the camera to attach either to the back of the van, or farther back on the trailer.
Bands that are fortunate enough to travel by bus instead of van and trailer will benefit from a backup camera system with multiple cameras instead of a single camera unit. The Rear View Camera System, model number RVS-770614, is a two-camera setup with a standard 7-inch full color LCD monitor that does not replace an existing rear view mirror, but does provide grid lines to better judge a definitive distance behind the bus. The system’s 3-channel multiplexer enables the driver to switch seamlessly between the two 130° CCD cameras which can be mounted easily to the places where a van’s blind spots are the worst. The unit can be purchased from Rear View Safety for $319.99.
